This year’s expo, themed “Amity, Sincerity, Mutual Benefit, and Inclusiveness for Common Development, Embellished with Diamonds to Create a Crown for the Future—Promoting the Construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 and Regional High-Quality Growth,” showcased the latest achievements in cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.
As a leading enterprise in China’s power industry, Yuchai showcased several cutting-edge products at the “New Era, Magnificent Guangxi” exhibition and the Advanced Technology Exhibition, highlighting its innovation and technical strength in the field of low-carbon intelligent power.
Among them, Yuchai’s globally first hybrid electric-drive continuously variable powertrain (IE-POWER) became the highlight of the booth. The heavy-duty tractor equipped with Yuchai’s IE-POWER demonstrated a 35% improvement in plowing or rotary tillage efficiency compared to traditional tractors, with fuel savings of up to 30%. Additionally, it boasts low operational noise, enhanced driving and operational comfort, and can easily achieve unmanned operation, marking the first time that China’s large-scale agricultural equipment has entered the new energy sector.
In addition, Yuchai showcased its technological achievements in the field of new energy and low carbon, including China’s first commercial vehicle hydrogen engine K05H, the K15H hydrogen engine with the largest displacement and highest horsepower in China, the country’s first flexible fuel engine platform to achieve commercial operation, the fuel cell system with leading durability and safety in China, the more economical and efficient YC6TD series gas generator set, the 50KW silent generator set, the YCF11 diesel engine with superior power, torque, and fuel consumption compared to international competitors, and the YCD4A33C6 marine engine, which leads in power-to-weight ratio.
The 21st CAEXPO covered a total exhibition area of nearly 200,000 square meters, with over 2,000 enterprises participating. The Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) participated for the first time, while enterprises and organizations from countries such as Japan and South Korea continued to exhibit.
