At this year’s IoT Expo, Geely presented the theme of “Building an Integrated Intelligent Mobility Ecosystem Across Land and Space,” showcasing its latest research and development achievements in the field of intelligent mobility. Geely’s commercial aerospace subsidiary, GeeSpace, independently operates the private “China Starlink” network—Geely Future Mobility Constellation. Currently, 30 satellites are in orbit, completing the deployment of three orbital planes. This network provides intelligent connected services to 90% of the globe 24/7, empowering users of Geely, Lynk & Co, Zeekr, and Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicles with advanced smart mobility services.

The Geely Future Mobility Constellation supports Farizon in achieving “Vehicle-Satellite Connectivity,” enabling real-time communication and data transmission for vehicles to ensure the orderly operation of autonomous driving. Farizon’s intelligent driving technology represents the commercial vehicle industry’s first vehicle-grade mass-produced, vehicle-satellite connected all-scenario intelligent driving solution. Recently, the Farizon Super VAN equipped with this technology has been granted intelligent connected road testing licenses in Hangzhou and Shenzhen. The vehicle has begun road testing on specific routes, covering key scenarios such as urban expressways and elevated roads, which are vital for urban logistics.

Meanwhile, the WeRide Robotaxi model GXR, built on the same wire-controlled intelligent architecture as the mass-production model of the Farizon Super VAN, was officially launched in October this year. Thanks to the wire-controlled intelligent architecture, WeRide GXR has become the world’s most spacious Robotaxi model in mass production to date, offering an unparalleled passenger experience.

As the automotive industry enters the second half of the intelligent revolution, with fierce competition among major players, the commercial vehicle sector is also accelerating its efforts to catch up. Currently, the Farizon Super VAN’s “Smart Wealth” and “Creative Wealth” editions are equipped with 30 intelligent safety features, including ACC full-speed adaptive cruise control, ICC city/highway assist, and ADDW advanced distraction warning. These features demonstrate the intelligent foundation enabled by its wire-controlled architecture.

In the future, the Farizon Super VAN, as a pioneer in the intelligent development of commercial vehicles, will expedite the implementation of proprietary intelligent driving technologies in mass-production models. By delivering the smartest electric light van, Farizon aims to bring the convenience of technology to more commercial vehicle users.
