In November 2024, China’s Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) continued to rise, reaching 50.3%, indicating a build-up of positive factors and a stable and improving economy. JAC Pickup capitalized on this momentum, selling 5,666 units globally in November, a year-on-year increase of 37.7%, with international sales growing by 57.3%. In the first 11 months of this year, JAC Pickup’s global cumulative sales reached 57,900 units, a 14.2% year-on-year increase, surpassing last year’s total sales a month ahead of schedule. JAC remains the leader in Chinese brand pickup exports.
Focusing on both domestic and overseas markets, product excellence is the key. At the 2024 Guangzhou International Auto Show, the new JAC HanTuo “Dual Star” Hybrid made a powerful debut, showcasing the product strategy of “Equal Emphasis on Commercial and Passenger Vehicles, Hybrid and Electric.” Among them, the new HanTuo passenger version features a luxurious and fashionable black-orange contrast interior, paired with a bridge-style multi-link rear suspension, refreshing the driving experience of passenger pickups. The HanTuo EV, as China’s first non-body-on-frame pure electric smart 4WD pickup, stands out for its intelligence, safety, and power, attracting significant attention at the event.
Notably, the HanTuo EV recently won several prestigious awards. With excellent performance in design and functionality, the HanTuo EV won the “2024 Automotive Design Selection Golden Award for Green Design” and the “2024 First Pure Electric 4WD Pickup of the Year,” receiving widespread attention and recognition from the industry and media. With the addition of the HanTuo EV, JAC Pickup is confident in targeting higher goals in the new energy pickup market in 2025.
During the 2024 Guangzhou International Auto Show, JAC held the “JAC DAY 2024 Global Fan Carnival,” and the second season of the “China Travel: Dreaming of Lingnan” tour was successfully conducted.
