On February 10th, FAW Jiefang held the grand launch ceremony of the new JH6 in Linyi, Shandong and Yinchuan, Ningxia.
Since its launch in 2015, the FAW Jiefang JH6 has won wide recognition from the market and customers with its outstanding performance and reliable quality, and its sales volume has been rising continuously. It exceeded 10,000 units in 2016, 100,000 units in 2019, and is expected to exceed 500,000 units in 2025. The product has spread to more than 70 countries and regions around the world, covering all transportation scenarios, and has become the “all – around powerful king” trusted by customers.
Now, the new JH6 has achieved a comprehensive upgrade, bringing customers a more reliable, efficient, and comfortable experience.
In terms of reliability:
FAW Jiefang adopts the internationally leading frame rolling production line and fully automatic stamping production line. The cab is 100% automatically welded and undergoes on – line laser inspection to ensure vehicle quality. The domestically first – created low – VOC paint and robot spraying technology, combined with the intelligent vehicle assembly line and the overall chassis painting process, further enhance the vehicle’s durability.
In addition, the new JH6 has passed stringent high – temperature, high – altitude, and cold – resistant tests, as well as reliability rough – road tests, ensuring its excellent performance in various complex environments. Through attentive after – sales service and intelligent management, it ensures the efficient operation of the vehicle and creates greater value for customers.
At the same time, for high – end Zhizun Extended products, customers who purchase the vehicle can enjoy “twelve exclusive privileges”, including 4 million – kilometer commitments, 4 service visual reminders, and 4 free value – added services.
In terms of energy – saving and high – efficiency:
- “Carry more”: The new JH6 applies 22 lightweight technologies such as new structures, new materials, and new processes, achieving a weight reduction of 400 kg. The minimum self – weight of diesel – powered vehicles is reduced to 8.1 t, and that of natural – gas – powered vehicles is 8.9 t.
- “Run faster”: The new JH6 has a maximum power of 700 Ps and a maximum torque of up to 3320 N·m.
- “Good maintenance”: The longest maintenance intervals for the engine, gearbox, and axles of the new JH6 can reach 150,000/500,000/600,000 kilometers, and it can save up to 15,000 yuan throughout the life cycle.
- “Cost – saving”: The new JH6 adopts system energy – saving technologies such as vehicle – wide matching, air – resistance optimization, and intelligent management, with a 10% improvement in economy. The constant – speed fuel consumption at 80 km/h is as low as 25.33 L, and the gas consumption is as low as 27.77 kg. The energy consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 2 – 3 L / 2 – 3 kg. Diesel – powered vehicles can save up to 240,000 yuan in fuel costs throughout the life cycle, and gas – powered vehicles can save up to 180,000 yuan.
In terms of comfort:
FAW Jiefang has launched three new JH6 cabs. The Zhixiang version features a flat – floor design, which is spacious and comfortable. The Zhizun version has a completely flat floor, adding a sense of luxury. The Zhizun L version is equipped with a completely flat floor and an extended cab, providing a more spacious rest space for long – distance driving.
