On March 10th, JMC released a brand-new power brand – the “Blue Flame Power Platform”. The Blue Flame Power Platform integrates Jiangling’s 40 years of technical accumulation.   • Ultra-clean Combustion Technology: Through the innovative design of the combustion system (such as the X-MIRROR high-efficiency clean combustion system and the T-CLEAN clean combustion chamber), ultra-clean and efficient combustion of fuel is achieved. The deviation of intake air uniformity among cylinders is less than 2.4%, making the mixture more sufficient and the combustion more thorough, achieving a maximum thermal efficiency of up to 45.23%. Thanks to this, the engine not only has stronger power but also lower fuel consumption and cleaner emissions. It has reached the National VII emission standard ahead of the times, greatly reducing the user’s usage cost and post-treatment maintenance cost.
  • Lingxi Intelligent Control Technology: Equipped with a new generation of digital intelligent control system, it makes the engine understand your needs like having a “spiritual connection”. This technology integrates the latest ECU electronic control unit of Bosch and the seventh-generation intelligent electronically controlled turbocharger of Garrett, and fuses millions of road spectrum data through digital twin calibration technology. The result is that the power output is more intelligently adapted: the vehicle can automatically adjust according to the load, road conditions, and environment. The torque is increased by 30% within 2 seconds of starting, and the power is increased by 20% in high-altitude scenarios. Even at high altitudes or on steep slopes, it can still have surging power. At the same time, Lingxi Intelligent Control optimizes fuel consumption and supports remote OTA upgrades, providing users with intelligent power that takes into account both power and energy conservation.
  • Shield Machine-level Durability Technology: Drawing on the durability concept of construction machinery like shield machines, the service life of the engine is comprehensively enhanced from materials to processes. The new Blue Flame engine uses an HT300 high-strength gray cast iron cylinder block, which has the ability to withstand an ultra-high explosion pressure of 200 Bar. Key components such as the crankshaft are made of 42CrMoA high-strength alloy steel, with a tensile strength of up to 900MPa, greatly improving the fatigue resistance life. Combined with the sub-micron cylinder bore honing process and the intelligent lubrication management system (which can dynamically adjust the oil supply according to the working conditions), the wear and ineffective energy consumption are significantly reduced. The longest designed B10 life of the entire engine can reach 1 million kilometers. For users, this means that the engine is durable and worry-free, and the long-distance operation cost is greatly reduced.

The vehicle can save 1.2L of fuel per 100 kilometers.
This platform has excellent adaptability in all scenarios: millions of user road spectra contribute to the intelligent software adaptation for cargo transportation, off-road, and urban scenarios. In the future, “Blue Flame” will also derive a series of products such as the twin-turbo high-performance version, the hybrid version, the overseas version, the M100 methanol fuel version, and even the hydrogen fuel version. This compatibility and expandability across diesel, hybrid power, and clean fuels are quite rare in the field of light power, reflecting JMC’s forward-looking layout for the future trend of power diversification.
