Recently, the 2025 MAN Commercial Vehicles (China) Dealer Conference was successfully held in Hangzhou. In terms of services, MAN continued to optimize service processes, and the customer experience index increased from 88 to 91. In terms of marketing and communication, MAN carried out a series of innovative activities, such as corporate social responsibility projects like children’s traffic safety education, media trips to the Hanover Commercial Vehicle Show, and Chassis and Body – building Days, effectively enhancing brand influence.
