As the main parts center in the Chinese market, the Scania China Parts Center covers an area of 2,711 square meters and has 7,880 storage locations. It is mainly responsible for handling after-sales parts orders from Scania’s dealers in China. The brand-new parts center has integrated Scania’s original three parts warehouses into one, achieving the optimal allocation of resources. After the integration, the warehouse capacity will increase by 120%, the operation efficiency will increase by 50%, and the average operation time for inventory orders will be shortened by 1.75 days, significantly improving the supply speed and response ability of after-sales parts. As a result, customers can obtain parts more quickly during vehicle maintenance or servicing, greatly increasing the vehicle’s attendance rate and reducing economic losses, making customers’ logistics transportation more reassuring.

After optimizing the parts packaging through digital solutions, end customers can track the logistics order number through the box number, achieving more accurate parts tracking and greatly improving the customer experience. The upgraded parts delivery packaging can increase the transportation loading rate, effectively shorten the inventory checking time for dealers, and reduce logistics costs.
