On June 12, the 2025 International Automobile and Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong) was held in Hong Kong, with alcohol-hydrogen and electric products from Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicles on display. On the same day, the first batch delivery ceremony and launch event of the Farizon Super VAN thousand-taxi fleet took place, where the Farizon Super VAN will be deployed as new energy taxis to support Hong Kong’s green mobility and new energy transition.

As a trade hub connecting the Chinese mainland and the world, Hong Kong enjoys unique advantages under the “One Country, Two Systems” framework, evolving from a “super connector” between the mainland and the world to a “super value-added partner.” It serves as a crucial bridgehead for Chinese automobiles to go global. Against the backdrop of the global “Double Carbon” goal, the new energy transformation of vehicles in Hong Kong has become key to the green transition of the transportation industry. In the Policy Address, the Hong Kong government has proposed a series of reform measures to further promote the green transition of vehicles, including subsidizing the taxi and franchised bus industries to purchase electric vehicles, aiding in achieving zero emissions for all related operational vehicles by 2050.
As China’s leading new energy commercial vehicle brand, Farizon adheres to long-termism and firmly focuses on its globalization strategy. At this auto show, Farizon delivered the first batch of vehicles from the thousand-unit Farizon Super VAN order, putting them into operation with Hong Kong’s “Bumblebee” taxi fleet. Leveraging the advantages of new energy vehicles, the Farizon Super VAN will not only effectively reduce the operational costs of Hong Kong’s taxi fleet and improve service quality, reshaping the landscape of Hong Kong’s taxi industry and creating a new street scene in Hong Kong but also accelerate carbon emission reduction in Hong Kong’s transportation sector.

As the world’s first frontally-developed electric large VAN, the Farizon Super VAN has dominated the sales championship in its segment since its launch and been exported to multiple overseas markets. Upholding user-centric thinking and scenario-based vehicle manufacturing, the Farizon Super VAN meets the diverse scenario needs of light commercial vehicles, defines safer, more efficient, and greener standards for Chinese large VANs, and further consolidates its leading position in the new energy light commercial vehicle market.
