On October 18, 2025, the Shandong Heavy Industry · Weichai Power Global Partners Conference was held. In the afternoon of the same day, the Sinotruk 2025 Global Partners Conference, themed “We Leap We Link We Lead”, was successfully held at the Qingdao International Convention Center. Liu Zhengtao, Chairman of Sinotruk Group, attended the conference and delivered a speech, while Liu Wei, General Manager, gave a keynote speech.

The conference was hosted by Zhao Hua, Deputy General Manager of Sinotruk Group. A total of 620 partners from 97 countries and regions around the world attended the conference on-site, accompanied by relevant group leaders and overseas business staff.

Since 2025, facing the complex and changing international situation and increasingly fierce industry competition, Sinotruk has joined hands with global partners to jointly achieve the outstanding achievement of ranking first in the world in heavy-duty truck production and sales. In his speech, Liu Zhengtao stated that from January to September, the group achieved a total revenue of 22.89 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 14.9%; the total vehicle sales reached 335,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 22.8%. Among them, the export sales of heavy-duty trucks were 111,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 24.5%. Especially in September, Sinotruk’s heavy-duty truck exports exceeded 15,000 units for the first time, setting a new monthly export record in China’s heavy-duty truck industry. It is expected that the annual export sales of heavy-duty trucks will exceed 150,000 units, further consolidating its leading position in China’s heavy-duty truck export industry.

At the critical stage of the global commercial vehicle industry’s development, Sinotruk has demonstrated a strong determination for development and a clear strategic direction. Anchoring the new journey of future development, Liu Zhengtao emphasized that Sinotruk will earnestly undertake the mission of “Empowering with Technology, Equipping for a Better Life”, unswervingly promote the five transformation strategies of “Greenization, Digital Intelligence, Servitization, Internationalization, and Diversification”, and work with partners to explore new high-end development paths with more excellent products, more considerate services, and more cutting-edge technologies. It will provide global customers with commercial vehicle overall solutions with higher technological content, better brand value, and stronger investment returns, and strive unswervingly towards the century-old goal.

The next five years will be a critical opportunity period for Sinotruk to achieve higher-quality development together with its partners. Based on in-depth insights into the global market, Sinotruk has taken “international transformation” as the core fulcrum of its development. It plans that by 2030, it will export 250,000 heavy-duty trucks, 100,000 light-duty trucks, 50,000 light vehicles, and 3,000 mining trucks, with an overseas after-sales market revenue target of 1 billion US dollars. To ensure the smooth achievement of these goals, Sinotruk will work with partners to achieve breakthrough upgrades in the full range of products, win-win upgrades throughout the life cycle, and all-round upgrades of the marketing system. By expanding the full range of commercial vehicle businesses, building a closer global cooperation ecosystem, and jointly deepening the after-sales market and the entire vehicle life cycle field, it will achieve win-win results across the entire value chain.
The conference awarded partners who won the 2025 “Best Service Award”, “Best Marketing Award”, and “Outstanding Contribution Award”, and presented them with Sinotruk Bosheng Pickup S-series products. The pickup prizes, mainly in red and white, were neatly lined up at the entrance of the exhibition hall, quickly attracting global partners to stop and watch, with constant praise. According to statistics, Sinotruk prepared more than 60 pickups as rewards, demonstrating its attention and sincerity towards excellent partners. In the product promotion session, Sinotruk focused on launching full-scenario solutions in four major fields: new energy, logistics vehicles, engineering vehicles, and light vehicles, demonstrating the strong technical strength of its full range of commercial vehicles.

During the event, Sinotruk held a product exhibition simultaneously, focusing on seven core application scenarios: end-to-end logistics, infrastructure construction, mineral mining, comprehensive logistics, comfortable living, special operations, and new energy. It concentrated on displaying different vehicle types such as tractors, dump trucks, and pickups, as well as key assemblies and components including engines, transmissions, and electric drive axles.
Since 2022, when it topped China’s heavy-duty truck sales ranking, Sinotruk has started a new race against itself, creating new peaks of its own on top of the peak; in 2025, Sinotruk has continued to make efforts and achieved brilliant results both domestically and internationally. Its heavy-duty truck production and sales have surpassed a number of international commercial vehicle giants, ranking first in the world, and opening up a new world belonging to Chinese heavy-duty trucks around the globe.
