- Low Energy Consumption: Through technologies such as the topological optimization of high-performance motors, the efficient evolution of the eight-in-one controller, the Yunyi technology to reduce the aerodynamic drag of the whole vehicle, and the composite formula tires to reduce the rolling resistance, the new products achieve an energy consumption advantage of 20% lower than the industry level.
- Long Cruising Range: By adopting the dual SOC transient mapping technology, integrating the extended Kalman filter algorithm, and the SOC correction algorithm based on temperature prediction and other technologies, the SOC accuracy breaks through 97.5%, with a large depth of discharge. Even when there is only 1% of the electricity left, the vehicle can still run.
- Light Self-weight: With the new keel chassis technology, the application of high-strength steel materials, the integrated integration of the whole vehicle structure, the innovative side-hung battery frame, and the weight reduction of the eight-in-one controller system, the self-weight of the new products is reduced to 9.3 tons, with a weight reduction of 800 kilograms.
- Long Lifespan and High Reliability: The whole vehicle has been upgraded in terms of temperature resistance, durability, anti-corrosion and other performances, and has completed the verification of the equivalent life of 1.5 million kilometers in the test field. The Juqing Power technology has been developed for complex working conditions. The large motor with 680 horsepower, the forward torque of the large main reduction axle can reach 100,000 N·m, the reverse torque of the 5th gear electric retarder can reach 11,000 N·m, and more than 10 kinds of power modes have been specially developed, etc., which can easily cope with various complex working conditions and simplify vehicle driving.
The full range of new products of the Yutong Heavy Truck T Series 2025, aiming at different working conditions, have launched the mountain version and the plain version, and are equipped with standard power levels such as 400/466/528/600 degrees, achieving the best matching for different transportation distances. In addition, on the basis of the upgrade of the 2025 products, the cross-era long-cruising-range product – Yuanjie T800 was grandly launched. As a long-cruising-range tractor, the Yuanjie T800 is equipped with the new 800-degree BC5 battery of CATL, which is maximally adapted to dual-gun 1000A charging. It only takes more than 40 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% SOC, and the cruising range exceeds 550 km. With the strength of a long-cruising-range flagship heavy truck, it redraws the map of China’s trunk line transportation with the power of “one charge”.

For the round trip of 700 kilometers between Hezhou and Guangzhou, only one short charging is needed to complete a round trip, which greatly improves the operation efficiency. Yutong’s lightweight design and efficient power system make the average power consumption per kilometer as low as 1.2 degrees. Calculated according to our annual operation of 150,000 kilometers, the energy consumption cost alone can be saved by more than 250,000 yuan compared with fuel vehicles throughout the year, and the economic benefits are very significant.”
