On April 27, 2024, the 2023 Global Partner Conference of Jiangling Motors (JMC) was held in Nanchang, with 175 partners from 56 dealers across 50 global overseas markets gathering by the banks of the Gan River to discuss development plans and create a better future together.
Qiu Tiangao, the Party Secretary and Chairman of JMC Group, delivered a speech at the conference, along with Wan Jianrong, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Xiong Chunying, the President of JMC Holdings, and other members of the group.
Wan Guangming, representing the Municipal Party Committee and Government, warmly welcomed the attendees and expressed sincere gratitude to everyone who supports the development of Nanchang and JMC. He noted that JMC is a leader in Jiangxi Province and Nanchang’s manufacturing industry and is an important and well-known automobile manufacturing enterprise in China and globally. In recent years, JMC has adhered to the principles of “promoting enterprises through technology” and “strengthening enterprises through quality” and has made continuous breakthroughs in new products, technologies, and businesses, forming a development trend of “dual-drive in domestic and international markets and simultaneous development of independent and joint venture brands.” Currently, Nanchang is steadfast in its commitment to the manufacturing industry, implementing the “8810” action plan for modernizing the key industrial chains of the manufacturing industry, and promoting the growth and strengthening of leading industries through tailored strategies for each industry and enterprise. Progress has been made in constructing a modern industrial system. It is hoped that JMC will actively seize opportunities for industrial transformation and upgrading, innovate in development, stabilize its market share in traditional advantageous vehicle types, accelerate product updates and iterations comprehensively, further improve product quality, optimize market services, and continue to promote the “Made in Jiangxi” brand. The conference also encouraged JMC’s overseas partners to continue supporting and caring for JMC, conduct in-depth market research, understand the preferences and needs of overseas users, support JMC in expanding overseas business, seek cooperation opportunities, and promote more JMC models to go global. The Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Government will further enhance policy supply, establish dedicated service teams, provide element guarantees, optimize the business environment, and help JMC and other enterprises operate in Nanchang with light burdens, ensuring fair competition, accelerated growth, and equal competition.
Qiu Tiangao warmly welcomed the global partners who traveled from afar, expressing congratulations and sincere gratitude for their joint efforts in achieving the export of more than 100,000 vehicles last year. He pointed out that JMC Group adheres to the vision of “creating excellent vehicles and traveling around the world joyfully,” is committed to integrating China’s advanced automobile technology with Nanchang’s strong emphasis on quality and manufacturing, and continues to build “technological JMC” and “distinctive JMC,” striving to provide global consumers with high-quality and reliable products. Due to the shared pursuit of values, JMC has not only formed partnerships and cooperated with numerous partners but has also distributed JMC’s excellent vehicles worldwide through them, with more than 430,000 JMC vehicles running outside China. Today, partners from all corners of the world gather in Nanchang with a deep love for the JMC brand, standing at a new starting point where JMC’s automobile exports have exceeded 100,000 vehicles. JMC and its vast array of partners inspire and empower each other, seizing the opportunities of rapid development in China’s automobile industry, strengthening cooperation, riding the wave, and creating a story of mutual benefit, mutual achievement.
