On August 7, 2024, BYD, together with its dealer Shenzhen Biske and logistics company Chefu Net, held a signing ceremony for the strategic partnership under the theme “Green Excellence, Towards Glory—100 New Energy Light Trucks Signing Ceremony.” The event was attended by Shu Bo, Director of BYD Commercial Vehicles Southern Region; Lai Xuexin, Director of Transport Capacity at Chefu Net; Zhang Yi, Deputy General Manager of Chefu Net; and Zhong Weihong, General Manager of Shenzhen Biske.
Strategic Collaboration to Boost Green Logistics
Founded in 2013 in Qianhai, Shenzhen, Chefu Net has established operational centers in major cities across China and developed a global logistics network spanning Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Europe. The company specializes in new energy and e-commerce logistics, providing integrated domestic and international logistics solutions. Lai Xuexin, Director of Transport Capacity at Chefu Net, stated that their goal is to create a “more reliable, more efficient, and lower-cost smart supply chain,” and BYD’s development philosophy and the capabilities of the T5 model align perfectly with their expectations for logistics vehicles.
The BYD T5 is a new generation of new energy logistics vehicles that leverage BYD’s core three-electric technology. It features high-safety blade batteries, high-efficiency dedicated engines, and highly integrated high and low-voltage electronic control systems, offering significant TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) advantages to meet the demands of green logistics across various transportation scenarios. Additionally, the DiLink system and integrated fleet cloud service management system, coupled with intelligent technology, optimize freight and warehousing services, achieving smart operations in the logistics sector.
Enhanced Efficiency and Quality in Logistics
The first batch of T5 vehicles is already in use by Chefu Net’s logistics services, demonstrating strong product capabilities and effectively enhancing the efficiency and quality of goods transportation. Chefu Net hopes to expand the scope of its deep cooperation with BYD, building on their long-standing partnership and leveraging the economic and efficient transport services provided by the BYD T5 to continually improve overall logistics efficiency.
Moving forward, all parties will integrate their advantageous resources and drive innovation for mutual benefit. BYD Commercial Vehicles will collaborate with more partners to deepen coordinated development across the industrial chain, continuously enhancing the competitiveness of green logistics products.
