On October 14, the 6th Technology Innovation Week of Fast was launched in Xi’an. During this event, Fast showcased 33 products across eight major fields, including automotive transmission, automotive safety, new energy, agricultural equipment, engineering machinery, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent driving, and high-precision gears. Notably, the event highlighted the company’s latest technological achievements and the newest solutions for the iterative upgrades of domestic and international commercial vehicles, featuring intelligent and new energy products like Fast Zhixing and Fast Lanchi, as well as automation production line units for intelligent manufacturing.

The FTC500 + F12JZ320A-2 + FHB400A Fast Zhixing integrated hydraulic heavy-duty AMT is Fast’s first AMT with a hydraulic torque converter independently developed by the company. It also matches with a hydraulic retarder, filling a domestic gap in this field and breaking foreign technology monopolies. It can transmit a maximum torque of 5000 N·m. During startup, the torque converter boosts torque, significantly enhancing the starting capability of heavy-duty vehicles. The electromechanical system is highly integrated, featuring functions like speed limit and torque limit, as well as intelligent automatic shifting, which improves driving comfort while ensuring safe and reliable vehicle operation.

The F12HA280-2 is currently the first integrated hybrid transmission assembly in China. It utilizes a mature P2 architecture, a new generation of integrated shifting and clutch control mechanisms, and retains the advantages of the Zhixing transmission, such as strong load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, and long service life. It is also matched with a water-cooled flat wire motor to cater to the operating conditions of hybrid transmissions, achieving multiple operating modes to further improve overall vehicle fuel efficiency and effectively reduce carbon emissions.

The FP6AL140 + FTLW331 is a power-shifting transmission developed by Fast for the engineering machinery market. It effectively addresses issues such as reliance on imported transmissions, low reliability, and insufficient power in engineering machinery. It features a separate connection between the torque converter and the transmission, a one-way clutch, and a power take-off interface at the rear of the torque converter to meet various operational power needs. The wet clutch shifting and electro-hydraulic proportional valve control enable uninterrupted full-power shifting in engineering vehicles with minimal shifting impact. With high and low gears and two-wheel or four-wheel drive configurations, it provides strong off-road performance and high-speed transit on highways, fully meeting diverse operational conditions.

The FEB4S4M is an intelligent electronic brake system for commercial vehicles independently launched by Fast, with the controller and related algorithms designed and developed in-house. Compared to traditional braking systems, this product has significant advantages in shortening braking response time, reducing braking distance, and optimizing braking force distribution. It also includes functions to prevent wheel lock-up, detect brake shoe wear, and improve vehicle braking stability, effectively enhancing driving safety and improving the driving experience. Currently, the FEB4S4M system is equipped with more than ten functions, including brake force distribution compensation, brake monitoring, main and trailer coordination control, ABS, ESC, and brake management, and has strong functional expansion capabilities.
