On October 23, the ceremony for the off-line of Fast 40,000th heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission and the commissioning of a new test bench was successfully held at Xi’an Shuangte Intelligent Transmission Co., Ltd. This marks a new milestone in Fast high-quality development.
Fast Group Party Secretary and Chairman Ma Xuyao, and Corey S. Wurtzbacher, Vice President of Caterpillar’s Mining Sales Division and General Manager of Technical and Global Sales Support, delivered speeches and jointly celebrated the 40,000th heavy-duty AT automatic transmission.
Chairman Ma Xuyao pointed out in his speech that the off-line of the 40,000th heavy-duty AT automatic transmission is not only a significant milestone in the development history of Shuangte Company but also a fruitful result of the sincere cooperation between FasTest and Caterpillar.
Ma Xuyao emphasized that Fast will continue to steadfastly support the development of Shuangte Company. All employees of Shuangte should maintain a clear mind, strengthen their confidence in development, deepen the implementation of the “Year of Structural Adjustment” activities, fully promote the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, and continue to increase investment in resources for technological innovation, intelligent empowerment, management enhancement, and quality control. The market share of heavy-duty AT automatic transmissions has steadily increased, and brand awareness has further expanded, laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between the two parties in the future.
It is understood that the 40,000th heavy-duty AT automatic transmission off-line this time is the F6A75 independently developed and launched by Fast. This product features lightweight, compact structure, and rich interfaces, while integrating advanced technologies such as multi-gear limp-home function, main oil pressure control, and selective lubrication. Its comprehensive performance is fully leading among competitors, filling the market gap for domestic AT products in this torque range, and is widely compatible with various vehicle types, including off-road vehicles, RVs, buses, and special vehicles, boasting a good reputation and broad market prospects. In conjunction with product sales, existing resources, and future strategic deployment, Shuangte Company has invested in planning the third test bench, which is now officially in use, providing strong support for the rapid market introduction of new products and capacity ramp-up.
