On November 5, the signing ceremony for the purchase of 200 XCMG natural gas tractor trucks and the mass delivery of the first batch was successfully held. The first 30 XCMG XG1H gas-powered tractor trucks were unveiled and delivered on-site, marking the start of a new chapter in low-carbon, efficient transportation with Northwest customers.
The event was attended by Qi Yuxing, General Manager of XCMG Heavy Truck Sales Company; Zhang Hu, General Manager of Qijin Group; customer representatives Yang Ping and Guo Shuchang; Wang Xiaowei, President of the Hami Truck Association, among other leaders.
The customers who purchased the trucks are a leading local logistics company with years of experience in road transport. They commented, “The XCMG XG1H gas-powered tractor truck offers significant cost advantages, with energy efficiency, reliability, and excellent economic and work performance. This will undoubtedly lay a solid foundation for the expansion of our logistics business.”
The XCMG XG1H gas-powered tractor trucks that were signed for and delivered in bulk are custom-designed by XCMG Automotive based on the complex transportation conditions of the local area and the specific needs of the customer. The truck is built on the XG1 design platform, integrating industry-leading resources and a top-tier powertrain, ensuring outstanding performance. Features such as double-layer through beams, locally reinforced three-layer beams, and direct-push stabilizers enhance the truck’s reliability. Additionally, several fuel-saving measures have been implemented, lowering fuel consumption by about 3kg/100km compared to competing models, thereby maximizing customer benefits.
