➢ The XG1 battery-swapping electric tractor delivered to the African region can complete a fast battery swap in just 3 minutes, offering a convenient experience. It also supports dual-gun fast charging, ensuring seamless operation. The vehicle is equipped with an industry-leading high-power drive motor and multi-gear transmission, paired with a high-torque drive axle for faster acceleration and better off-road capability. This enables the truck to handle local rainy season road conditions, meeting various transport needs such as quarry transport and port logistics.
➢ The XG1 battery-swapping dump truck, while ensuring rapid charging and swapping, is equipped with a high-power, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor and a braking energy recovery system, offering high drive efficiency and energy utilization. The vehicle is also fitted with a range of active and passive intelligent safety systems to assist with driving safety. It features a reinforced chassis structure for greater load-bearing capacity, and its core components have an IP68 protection level, ensuring water resistance. The battery is equipped with thermal insulation and thermal management features, allowing the vehicle to operate in environments with temperatures ranging from -35°C to 65°C, meeting the demanding operational requirements of mining transport.
➢ The AKLE761R pure electric garbage compactor is a model specially developed by XCMG based on the customization needs of local customers. It excels in power, range, and safety performance. The vehicle adopts a traditional four-gear transmission design and unlocks the motor power limit. After simulation, the vehicle speed can reach up to 117.5 km/h. It is equipped with a differential lock to better adapt to the muddy road conditions during the rainy season and prevent slipping. The truck uses a high-energy-density lithium iron phosphate battery, which has a long service life and low degradation, fully meeting the demand for continuous 12-hour high-efficiency operations within urban areas.
