Recently, FAW trucks delivered the first batch of 36 Tiger V light truck express delivery vehicles to J&T Express PH at its QSJ factory in the Philippines. This collaboration between FAW trucks and J&T Express PH marks FAW trucks’ significant entry into the Philippine express logistics market and demonstrates the firm confidence of Chinese commercial vehicle brands in serving local transportation networks with “Chinese intelligent manufacturing.”

FAW trucks has always adhered to the principle of “quality first,” bringing models best suited to the local market to users. The KD (knockdown) assembly through the Philippine QSJ factory not only shortens the delivery cycle but also provides localized after-sales support, ensuring that J&T Express PH’s express fleet can truly operate “without worries.”

A relevant official from J&T Express PH stated: “FAW trucks’ factory capabilities and market reputation in the Philippines are widely recognized. These vehicles with advanced technology and reliable performance will definitely become our powerful partners in serving customers and expanding market presence.”
In recent years, the Philippines has achieved rapid economic growth among Southeast Asian countries, with its e-commerce market maintaining an annual growth rate of over 20%, leading to a surge in logistics demand. As a country composed of more than 7,000 islands, an efficient and reliable transportation network is crucial for ensuring the flow of goods.

The 36 Tiger V light truck express delivery vehicles delivered this time are all built on FAW trucks’ self-developed platform, equipped with efficient powertrains, and tested in extreme environments such as high temperatures, high humidity, and heavy rainfall. For the tropical climate, engineers specially enhanced the cooling system; for the characteristics of island roads with more gravel and steeper slopes, the chassis passability was optimized to ensure the vehicles have significant advantages in “high reliability, high economy, and low maintenance costs.”
This collaboration between FAW trucks and J&T EXPRESS PH is the third partnership following those in Mexico and Thailand. It not only recognizes FAW trucks’ product advantages such as ultra-low fuel consumption but also represents a key step for both sides to jointly explore the new blue ocean of express logistics in the Philippines. In the future, FAW trucks and J&T Express PH will establish a “FAW trucks & J&T Vehicle Technology Team” to develop exclusive models for express delivery needs in lightweighting, large capacity, and long endurance, and share intelligent fleet management systems to jointly create smart logistics in the Philippines.

Currently, FAW trucks’ products have been exported to 88 countries and regions globally, with overseas sales growth exceeding 60% annually over the past three years. In the future, FAW trucks will continue to implement its “SPRINT 2030” internationalization strategy, adapt to local markets, contribute to localized development, and provide high-quality products and services to global customers!
