The Chenglong Yiwei 5 is Chenglong’s first fully forward-developed new energy heavy truck platform. Its exterior continues the family design language of Oriental Dragon Soul aesthetics and adopts a third-generation keel-style cab with the largest 1.93-meter standing space in its class. Based on the self-developed 800V high-voltage platform, the dual-drive system delivers a maximum of 1,209 horsepower with 95% efficiency, ensuring powerful and uninterrupted climbing performance under heavy loads. With a large 140-kWh battery, its full-charge comprehensive range exceeds 450 km. Through 29 systematic power consumption reduction measures, its power consumption is as low as 31 kWh per 100 km, with an operating cost of less than 0.4 yuan per km. The power battery comes with an 8-year or 600,000-km extended warranty, the drive axle requires no initial maintenance, the oil change cycle is extended to 100,000 km, and maintenance-free wheel ends are standard, significantly reducing full-life cycle maintenance costs and time investment for more worry-free operations!
