The upgraded Star Xinghan Super Electric Tractor is equipped with the new generation Zhuque electric drive axle, with the vehicle’s self-weight reduced by more than 500kg, enabling a larger effective carrying tonnage. Through the efficient electric drive system and integrated thermal management system, energy consumption is reduced by 10%. Under the full load of 49 tons and CHTC working conditions, the power consumption per kilometer can be as low as 0.98kWh, and the single-range can reach 400km, achieving both reduction in curb weight and energy consumption, and improvement in range and operational income. In addition, it has a peak power of 510kW, a dual differential lock design for stronger off-road capability, and is equipped with a power take-off interface to meet the needs of users for efficient and low-consumption operations in all scenarios.
At the same time, the 513kWh high-density large-capacity battery configured for the whole vehicle adopts a bottom-mounted battery layout, which not only reduces the center of gravity of the vehicle and improves safety but also is compatible with the cab collision rearward movement technology, eliminating the risk of rear battery extrusion and impact. In terms of energy supply, 5-minute ultra-fast battery swapping is as convenient as refueling, alleviating the common energy supply anxiety in the industry and among users, and providing a reliable guarantee for efficient operations.
