On November 25, the “Green Leadership · Hydrogen Opens New Journey” – XCMG Hydrogen Fuel Tractor Batch Delivery Ceremony was grandly held at XCMG’s high-end intelligent commercial vehicle production base, helping customers embark on a new chapter of green, efficient logistics and transportation.
“I declare, the XCMG hydrogen fuel tractors are now departing!” With the loud command of “Departure” from XCMG Group’s Vice General Manager, XCMG Automotive General Manager, and Party Secretary Xia Yongyong, the first batch of XCMG hydrogen fuel tractors roared to life and headed to the frontlines, leaving XCMG’s tire tracks on Zhangjiagang’s high-quality green transportation transformation journey.
“We are confident that with XCMG hydrogen fuel tractors, we will create a safe, efficient, economical, and low-carbon green transport service,” said Zhang Hanqing, Chairman of the client company. The XCMG XG2-EH480S hydrogen fuel tractor adopts the industry-leading XCMG self-developed vehicle control logic, a 150kW high-power fuel cell system assembly, and optimized computation matching and energy management to maximize operational economic benefits. Additionally, it is equipped with a 6*410L large-capacity hydrogen bottle group, allowing for a quick 20-minute refueling operation and longer cruising range. After thousands of hardware and software testing and verification, both the vehicle and components perform well under extreme cold conditions and steep slope driving scenarios, providing users with a more convenient, energy-saving, reliable, and efficient transportation experience.
