(EXM: IVG) that designs, manufactures and markets light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore possible collaboration in developing innovative solutions focused on the Brazilian and Argentinian markets.
This new MoU reaffirms the two brands’ joint commitment to explore cooperation opportunities, which began in 2024.

The signing took place on April 8th in São Paulo, Brazil, in the presence of Eduardo Freitas, Head of Institutional Relations of IVECO for Latin America, and Chen Qingshan, Vice President of Foton Motor.
