Recently, Yuchai and XCMG signed a strategic cooperation agreement focused on international development, jointly opening a new channel for overseas growth and ushering in a new chapter of collaboration across the Eurasian region.
Prior to the signing ceremony, the two parties held in-depth discussions on national policies, industry trends, localized production, local supply chain development, after-sales services, and joint marketing efforts within the Eurasian region. These discussions led to a series of significant mutual agreements.
Under the agreement, Yuchai and XCMG will jointly establish Yuchai service stations and a Yuchai Service Training Center in the Eurasian region. These centers will provide technical training and support to XCMG’s local dealers and customers. Yuchai will also authorize XCMG to serve as its authorized parts distributor within the region.
In addition, both parties will collaborate on “Blue Ocean Action” brand promotion campaigns in the Eurasian market, aiming to enhance the global presence and brand influence of both companies.
It is reported that XCMG is one of Yuchai’s core OEM partners in the Eurasian region, with a wide range of construction machinery and tractor units equipped with Yuchai engines sold in the area. With the signing of this strategic agreement, the partnership between the two companies is expected to deepen further, driving high-quality development of their international expansion strategies.
