Combined with the SuperPowertrain 5.0, which integrates intake manifolds, sensor engines, and upgraded connection drivers, the platform delivers a remarkable 5% reduction in fuel consumption, a 5% reduction in gas consumption, and a transmission efficiency of up to 99.7%. For health-conscious materials, it uses low-odor, low-VOC materials, including low-grade polycarbonate. The interior surfaces are treated with ultra-smooth finishes, incorporating laser-axial dielectric fiber surface heat technology. Together with the AQS system, it ensures the vehicle’s air quality meets the 2.5-level odor standard, offering comprehensive protection for the driver’s health.
Thanks to the integration of 45 new materials and 56 new processes, the GALAXUS platform successfully reduces the vehicle’s weight to the lowest in its class. In terms of corrosion resistance, the product features a comprehensive system comprising 58 specialized designs and 12 enhanced processes. By using galvanized steel, electrophoretic coating for key components, and polyurea spray coating, the platform achieves a 30% improvement in overall corrosion resistance.
